functional and beautiful bodies bodies

Today we find the visual era, a time when humanity has placed emphasis on aesthetics. Where the world revolves around marketing, elevate beauty year after year and install a world where beauty is meaning better.

Taking the side of physical education, physical activity look like lost the way to be seen by society.

If I had to separate people have asked me to start training, would be divided into two groups:

* For aesthetic purposes.
* For some medical advice.

First, there are aesthetic purposes and secondly the concern for health, but most medical advice.

Too bad this view physical activity, you go to a gym by wanting to lose the belly or a health care provider.

Beyond health, those who are healthy should ask

Why train for aesthetics only, if you can train and have a beautiful body but functional?

Why not give meaning to our physical activity?

This aesthetic society, on the street are several people carrying beautiful bodies. Thin women and muscular men and hinted curves. But these bodies are the product of aesthetic training, useless, is like erecting a building without rooms. What functionality can have a trained body · ¨ to be beautiful?

You can train in a functional way our body giving better performance in our daily life and sports. And not only aesthetically suitable carriers social bodies.

Having a functional body is to have a body ready to react to a sudden movement such as falling in the street. Operate in a job if you have physical injuries, such as workers in a factory or doing activities at home. A functional body is one that is ready for action, useful muscles.

Functional training is a way to train intelligently, find the best results. Optimize each exercise for the body to recover each function and is a functional body and not just aesthetic.

spinal

In most fitness routines are exercises as well known as the spine.

But what are really the spine?
In fact, there are several muscles in the lower back portion. Not a muscle in concrete, so should not be taken to the spine as a single muscle.

Now, this set of different muscles are important in protecting the spine.
Although this muscle is very important to be taken into account is required almost 24 hours a day, keep standing up is hard work. The stay upright post means that our muscles is compromised continuously to maintain and balance your trunk.

Working these muscles is important, but it makes sense to work as you normally do, creating a flexion of the lumbar ext. This exercise can cause an overload, result in pressure injury which is located in a few discs.
The best way to work this muscle is to generate movements in which they are prepared to act as as: trunk rotations, inclinations forward generating a continuous flexing of the entire vertebra column (so lilting).

Avoid heavy weights and the continuous repetition of the spine, you suffer in this way a continuous pressure in a few vertebrae which are required and suffer more wear, excluding conprensión that must withstand the intervertebral discs.
The column must work together and not sectorize enormous strains on a single point.
